Workplace Advocacy
We support individuals who are experiencing workplace bullying, unfair treatment, or disputes with management or organisational policies. Our role is to help clients understand their employment rights and to provide support throughout workplace grievance processes and employment tribunal proceedings.
Family Court Support
Andreoli Associates also offers McKenzie Friend support in family court matters. This service is limited to procedural assistance, guidance, and emotional support in accordance with UK court rules. We do not provide legal advice or act as legal representatives, but we assist individuals in understanding court processes and presenting their cases with confidence.
Public Body & Benefit Guidance
In addition, we support individuals who are engaging with social services, helping them to understand procedures, expectations, and their position within the process. We also provide guidance with applications for benefits such as Personal Independence Payment (PIP) and Disability Living Allowance (DLA), assisting clients to complete forms accurately and effectively.
